Excitement! In addition to our ongoing dance classes with Twila, we are excited to be hosting an array of movement and creative classes and events in our new space. The first classes we want to share are our family-welcome yoga classes with Laura! These are donation based classes that will be happening on March 16th and 30th and April 13th and 27th. We are excited to welcome Laura to our dance fam and hope to see you on the mat. ⚡️💜⚡️ 🔨 Yoga Y’all! 🔨

This is a donation based, all-ages, all-levels, kid-friendly, casual, fundamentals class. Children of all ages are welcome, whether that means you come with your baby strapped to your back, or with your kids of any age, who can participate in class, or play alongside us. While this class is intended to make yoga available to persons with children, anyone willing and open to practicing with the unpredictable is welcome to attend! Suggested donation is $10-20 for the family, or pay what you can. 💖

Laura Rettinger is a carpenter’s apprentice, artist, music maker, and mother who has been practicing yoga since 2013. Laura also enjoys meditation and dabbling in a variety of other physical activities. She completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teaching Training at Dhyana Yoga, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 2017, and finds joy in both the predictable and unpredictable. ⚡️⚡️⚡️We are so excited to have Laura with us! ⚡️⚡️⚡️
